I thought this would be a good category to add, I am sure most people after they have had MS for a while at least, have formed their own theories and personal regimes on Diet, mental aspect and the physical aspect etc. All tips for living with Multiple Sclerosis are welcome. Please remember: these are members own tips it should not be taken as medical advice!

We all will be in a position at some stage of having to live on less income due to the MS or other. Pension or not it is always good to be prepared for when or if it happens but also to have the tips and knowledge to know how to tackle the problem.

This is offered through some councils and means that you do not have to stay in a hospital or rehabilitation unit to get assistance. This is an Article written by Sue Wilson on her experiences with Rehabilitation. This is an excellent piece, well worth reading.

I am a great believer that humans have a responsibility to evolve to be the best we can be, if every person in each generation did this, the world would be the best it could be in a very short amount of time, well from the aspect of generations anyway. Note: I am opinionated and passionate about what I believe in, oh I do tend to just say it as it is as well, please don't read on if you are easily offended, these are my thoughts on living with MS.
